The Stirling Directive

The Stirling Directive, as the one-page statement above has come to be known, reminds the people and especially the politicians here and in England that the Scots people remain sovereign. Any attempt to ignore or hijack this lawful right is illegal and seditionist. Our politicians whose minds are still not decolonised should take stock. Scots aiding and abetting the British State that is intent on breaking up Scots hegemony and plundering Scots wealth and resources is treason in any nation’s book.

Scots are an ethnic minority in the Disunited Kingdom of ‘Britain’, Britain a term used to unite the people of the nations within it for war effort. Therefore, respecting the people are sovereign, not a king nor a government, is critical to Scotland’s survival as a separate and unique country. Respect it, nourish it, promote its freedoms, or perish self-serving ambitions by the will of the people.

A modern community, if it is to prosper and achieve a level of happiness, to be a sphere for initiative again, as Scotland was during the Enlightenment and beyond until it found itself by coersion under the heel of another country, must be defined by its code of liberty and safeguarded. The sovereignty of Scots gives us that protection and the Stirling Directive reminds us to protect it.

A few Scots are aware of the true nature of their sovereignty, which is unique in its nature. Now we need to tell the rest, Yoon and independence supporter alike.
